The project is located in a developing area of New Belgrade where commercial buildings are newly being constructed. The commercial building designed by the project has 2 basement floors, 1 ground floor, and 9 upper floors. The total construction area of the project is 56.000,00 m² and the entire construction process proceeds by applying the standards of The Green Building (LEED) certificate. Besides being highly innovative and sustainable, the building also meets the highest standards in terms of technology. The civil works of the project are estimated to be completed in March 2020.
